Application

Cross Verification

Positive: Cross-reactive by ELISA with human IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4) and a panel of Fc-engineered variants including N297A, LALA, YTE, LS, S239D/I332E. Weak cross-reactivity by ELISA with cynomolgus IgG.
Negative: No detectable cross-reactivity by ELISA with mouse IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b).
