Product Overview

CBA Single-Factor Detection Reagents enable quantitative analysis of individual soluble cell-released factors via flow cytometry. Utilizing antibody-conjugated magnetic microspheres, they accurately quantify targets in cell culture supernatants, plasma, or serum. Optimized for these sample types, CBA retains core advantages over traditional methods: lower sample volume, simpler operation, and broader dynamic range. These reagents offer flexibility—combinable with other single-factor reagents from our portfolio to customize multi-factor panels. Each kit includes all necessary components (standards, assay buffer, antibody-embedded magnetic microspheres, detection antibody, etc.), enabling reliable and consistent assays without additional reagent preparation.

Application

This Panel (Flow Cytometry Bead Assay) gives quantitative results of mouse TNF- α (TNF- α) with a sample testing. The performance of this panel has been optimized for specific analysis of cytokines.

Storage

1. Unopened buffer should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.

2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
