This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity
Measured by its ability to cleave a fluorogenic peptide substrate Mca-PLAQAV-Dpa-RSSSR-NH2. The specific activity is >800 pmol/min/µg (QC tested).
