GENPower™ AsCas12a Nuclease is a recombinant Acidaminococcus sp. BV3L6 Cas12 protein purified from Escherichia coli for CRISPR-based genome editing. Unlike the specific recognition sequence of Cas9, the Cas12a protein recognition AT-rich sequence.

Developed as a powerful gene editing tool.

Less than 0.1 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
