This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 49.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Human TRAIL R1, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

いいねI purchased TNFRSF10A to measure the binding. I tested the purity first. From the results of the SEC (see attachment), you can see the purity is pretty good, 94.8%.
