Have used the dsRNA ELISA kit several times now and have received positive results with comparable values between runs. The pre-coated plate reduces assay time significantly, allowing for read-out within 4-5 hours. To further improve this product, I would recommend revising the manual to add more clarity, for ex., is the standard 'dilution buffer' nuclease-free water or the sample dilution buffer?
