Shipping Information

We deliver to over 70 countries worldwide. Most of our products are provided in lyophilized form and can be shipped at ambient temperature. Delivery typically takes between 1 and 7 business days. Overnight shipping is available for destinations within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Switzerland.

Temperature-sensitive enzymes and kits are shipped in liquid form with blue ice packs to ensure product stability.

Orders are fulfilled from our regional operation centers in America, Europe, or Asia, depending on product availability and destination.

Shipping and handling fees are charged at the time of order and will appear on your invoice.
