    Flow cytometric analysis of Anti-BCMA(C11D5.3) CAR-293 cells staining with Alexa Fluor 647-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-C11D5.3 scFv Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (3G8C1) (Cat. No. C13-AFMYb) at 1:50 dilution (2 μL of the antibody stock solution corresponds to labeling of 1e6 cells in a final volume of 100 µL), compared with Isotype control antibody. Alexa Fluor 647 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).

  •  C11D5.3 scFv FACS

    Non-specificity of Alexa Fluor 647-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-C11D5.3 scFv Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (3G8C1) (Cat. No. C13-AFMYb) binding to CD3+ cells present in human PBMC. 5e5 of human PBMCs were simultaneously stained with FITC anti-CD3 antibody and Alexa Fluor 647-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-C11D5.3 scFv Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (3G8C1) (2 μL of the antibody stock solution corresponds to labeling of 5e5 cells in a final volume of 100 µL) and washed and then analyzed with FACS. Both FITC and Alexa Fluor 647 positive signals was used to evaluate the non-specific binding activity to human CD3+ cells (QC tested).

バックグランド

C11D5.3 is an IgG1 mouse monoclonal antibody specific for BCMA, which is a target for the immunotherapy of multiple myeloma and lymphomas. C11D5.3 scFv is the most commonly used ectodomain componse of BCMA-specific CARs. So far, multiple reported CART BCMA trials contain the anti-BCMA scFv derived from C11D5.3, such as FDA approved CARs Abecma.
