Bioactivity-ELISA
The binding activity of Monoclonal Anti-Camelid VHH Antibody, Rabbit IgG (M1A11) (Cat. No. CAH-MY2491a) to different humanized VHHs was evaluated by ELISA. Humanized VHHs were coated at 1 μg/mL. The antibody was serially diluted starting at 31.25 ng/mL, followed by incubation with an HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG Fc-specific secondary antibody at a 1:30,000 dilution. Absorbance was measured at 450 nm (Routinely tested).
