Specificity

5D6 is an inhibitory anti-idiotype monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes Datopotamab. No detectable binding to the tested human IgG1 controls, Bevacizumab, Cetuximab, Adalimumab, or Human TROP-2 was observed under the tested conditions. 5D6 inhibits the binding of Datopotamab to Human TROP-2.
