This product is a specific antibody specifically reacts with His tag protein, and can recognizes C-terminal, N-terminal, and internal His tagged fusion proteins.

Application

Cross Verification

This human IgG1 antibody can be detected by anti-human IgG secondary antibodies as expected.
In an ELISA-based secondary antibody panel, weak off-target binding was observed with:
- Peroxidase AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Fcγ fragment specific
- Goat Anti-Llama IgG H&L (HRP)
No detectable binding was observed with:
- Peroxidase AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Fc fragment specific
- Goat Anti-Rat IgG Fc (HRP), pre-adsorbed
- Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H&L) [HRP]
Users are recommended to use anti-human IgG secondary antibodies for detection and avoid anti-mouse IgG secondaries in critical assays.
