Product Description

ActiveMax® Human DLL1 μBeads, premium grade (for cells, 5.5 μm) are uniform, superparamagnetic beads of 5.5 µm and coupled with Human DLL1 Protein, expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) and contains AA Gln 18 - Gly 540 (Accession # O00548-1).
ActiveMax® Human DLL1 μBeads, premium grade (for cells, 5.5μm) are produced under sterile manufacturing conditions (ISO 5), and no animal- or human-derived components are used throughout the production process. It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that includes a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests.

Application

ActiveMax® Human DLL1 μBeads, premium grade (for cells, 5.5μm) activate Notch signaling in hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) through DLL1 ligand-receptor engagement. It mimics DLL1+ thymic epithelial cells by presenting membrane-bound DLL1 ectodomains, driving T-lineage commitment via Notch-mediated transcriptional activation. It enables in vitro T cell differentiation from iPSC-derived sources, including the progression: CD34+ HSPCs → progenitor T cells → functional TCRαβ+ T cells. With standardized biochemical properties ensuring batch consistency, it provides both a research model for T cell development and a scalable platform for producing engineered T cell therapies from renewable stem cell sources.

Storage

This product is stable in storage under the following conditions: -20˚C for 12 months in lyophilized state. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.
