resDetect™ Human G-CSF ELISA Kit uses the ELISA sandwich technique. It accurately detects and measures human G-CSF in cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma. Chemotherapy often causes bone marrow suppression, with neutropenia being common. The extent and duration of neutropenia are linked to patient infection and death risks, and may affect chemotherapy. As the key drug for granulocytopenia, G-CSF can be precisely detected by this kit, which supports medical research.
Storage
1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
