CelThera™ Stem34 Differentiation Medium AOF is a chemically defined, animal origin-free medium specifically designed for the efficient differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) into hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs), and to support subsequent multilineage differentiation of HSPCs, including NK cells, megakaryocyte/platelet lineages, and other hematopoietic lineages. Engineered to address key challenges in hematopoietic differentiation, including consistency, efficiency, and scalability, it provides a robust and streamlined platform for iPSC-HSPC multilineage differentiation workflows.

With the same formulation and raw materials across RUO and GMP grades, CelThera™ Stem34 Differentiation Medium AOF enables a seamless transition from research to clinical development while minimizing process changes and revalidation efforts. Standardized manufacturing, stringent quality control, and comprehensive raw-material traceability ensure high batch-to-batch consistency and regulatory readiness.

*Note: This product is optimized for PSC-to-HSPC differentiation and subsequent multilineage differentiation. For applications requiring dedicated HSPC expansion, a specialized HSPC expansion medium is currently under development.
