Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) E3 & E2 & E1 Protein, His Tag (E3P-V52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Pro 266 - Arg 325 & Ser 326 - Gln 666 & Tyr 810 - Pro 1200 (Accession # Q1H8W5).

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 90.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 85-95 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The protein is designed as a dimer.
