IL-2 R beta & IL-2 R gamma, IL-2RB & IL-2RG
Rhesus macaque IL-2 R beta&IL-2 R gamma Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag (ILG-R5284) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 27 - Thr 240 & Leu 23 - Pro 255 (Accession # NP_001244989.1 & Q38JL2-1).
Predicted N-terminus: Ala 27 & Leu 23
Rhesus macaque IL-2 R beta&IL-2 R gamma Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag is produced by co-expression of IL-2RB and IL-2RG, has a calculated MW of 30.1 kDa (IL-2RB) and 34.1 kDa (IL-2RG). Subunit IL-2RB is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus and subunit IL-2RG is fused with Twin-Strep tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 35-44 kDa and 55-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterodimer.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.
