Molecular Characterization

Cynomolgus Mafa-A1*063:01&B2M&RM9 (RPKVPLRTM) Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer and streptavidin.

Biotinylated Cynomolgus Mafa-A1*063:01&B2M&RM9 (RPKVPLRTM) Complex Protein is produced by co-expression of Mafa-A1 and B2M loaded with RM9 peptide. Biotinylated Cynomolgus Mafa-A1*063:01&B2M&RM9 (RPKVPLRTM) Complex Protein carries a flag tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 35.8 kDa and 13.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 120 kDa, 43 kDa and 14 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
