Human MMP13 Protein, His Tag (MM3-H52H4) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Leu 20 - Asn 274 (Accession # P45452-1). It needs to be activated by agents such as APMA in vitro to have hydrolytic activity.
