Biotinylated Human PD-1 Protein, Avitag,His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82E4), at 16 ng/well, can bind to the Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 with a linear detection range of 10-0.02 μg/mL (QC tested).

In this TR-FRET assay, Monoclonal Anti-His Tag Antibody Europium chelate (Cat. No. FRT-TD04) is used as the Donor and Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled (Cat. No. FRT-TA01) is used as the Acceptor. An inhibition Assay was performed to evaluate the interaction between Biotinylated Human PD-1, Fc, Avi tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82F1) and Human PD-L1, His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H5229) using Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 resulting in a typical IC50 of 9.099 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

No. FRT-TA01) is used as the Acceptor. Human CD3 epsilon, His Tag (Cat. No. CDE-H5223), at 2.5 ng/well and Biotinylated Human BCMA, Fc,Avitag, premium grade (Cat. No. BC7-H82F0), at 2.5 ng/well, can bind to the Teclistamab with a linear detection range of 2-0.001 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
