This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 53.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.

いいねThis protein was used to immunize mice for antibody development. Proteins were mixed with CFA/IFA and immunized intraperitoneally. Mice were boosted every 14 days for 5 boosts following initial immunization. Serum titers were measured by ELISA following Days 0, 43, and 65. Of the two mice immunized with this protein, only one mouse developed an antibody response as low signal was detected at day 65.
