Sacituzumab

Sacituzumab is a genetically engineered humanized monoclonal antibody directed against the human trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2, also known as TACSTD2) found on the surface of normal epithelial cells and a broad range of malignant solid tumor cells. The antibody is an IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin containing murine complementarity-determining region (CDR) sequences within human framework regions of the variable domains and human constant region sequences. Sacituzumab is composed of two heavy chains of 449 amino acids and two light chains of 214 amino acids.
