     DM-1 ELISA

    Immobilized Monoclonal Anti-DM-1 Antibody, Rabbit IgG (M5D04) (Cat. No. DM1-MY2358) at 5 μg/mL, add DM1 Antibody Human IgG in the 100% Human Serum and then add Biotinylated Human Her2, His,Avitag, premium grade (Cat. No. HE2-H82E2) at 0.5 μg/mL. Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated Streptavidin (Acro, Cat. No. STN-NH913) (QC tested).

    Immobilized Monoclonal Anti-DM-1 Antibody, Rabbit IgG (M5D04) (Cat. No. DM1-MY2358) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind DM1 Antibody Human IgG with a linear range of 0.004-0.125 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

     DM-1 CROSS_VERIFICATION

    ELISA binding of Monoclonal Anti-DM-1 Antibody, Rabbit IgG (M5D04) (Cat. No. DM1-MY2358) with DM1 Antibody Human IgG, Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, Sacituzumab Govitecam, Trastuzumab MMAE and IgG1-MMAF conjugated antibody respectively.
    The coating antibody was Monoclonal Anti-DM-1 Antibody, Rabbit IgG (M5D04) (Cat. No. DM1-MY2358), used at 1 μg/mL concentration. The primary antibody were different payload conjugated antibodies, including DM1 Antibody Human IgG, Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, Sacituzumab Govitecam, Trastuzumab MMAE and IgG1-MMAF conjugated antibodies used at 0.5 μg/mL concentration. The secondary antibody was HRP conjugated Anti-Human-IgG-Fc Antibody (6F11C8), mAb (Acro, Cat. No. IGG-LY69) used at 1:10000 concentration.
    Monoclonal Anti-DM-1 Antibody, Rabbit IgG (M5D04) (Cat. No. DM1-MY2358) is specific to DM1 Antibody Human IgG, and has no cross-reactivity with Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, Sacituzumab Govitecam, Trastuzumab MMAE and IgG1-MMAF (Routinely tested).

バックグランド

DM1, a maytansinoid derivative, is a common payload toxin in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). It binds to tubulin, hinders microtubule assembly, arrests cell division, and induces apoptosis, but has off-target toxicity. ADCs like T-DM1 have shown good efficacy in HER2-positive cancers. For recent progress, many new DM1-containing ADCs are under development. For example, GQ1001 has entered Phase I clinical trials for HER2+ advanced solid tumors, and some have demonstrated antitumor activity in T-DM1-resistant models in preclinical studies.
