This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 42.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Biotinylated Human CD47, Mouse IgG2a Fc,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

いいねThis human CD47-mIgG2aFC worked well in cell based binding assays as determined by flow cytometry. It bound to human SIRP alpha and SIRP gamma expressing cell lines (U87, THP-1, Jurkat T-ALL) as detected by an anti-mouse IgG2a secondary antibody. The binding to SIRP gamma expressing Jurkat cells was reduced when the cells were pre-incubated with SIRP gamma specific antibody clone LSB2.20, as expected.
