Biotinylated Porcine Complement C2 Protein, His,Avitag (CO2-D82E5) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 21 - Leu 752 (Accession # A0A0B8RW16).

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Passed as determined by the SABA assay / HABA assay / binding ELISA.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.
