This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 72.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 101 kDa±3 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 94 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylated Human Her2, His,Avitag, premium grade on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (NR) conditions. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS

M***t2025-01-15 LikesI used the biotinylated HER2 antigen from ACRO Biosystems for several applications, including phage panning, BLI, and phage ELISA, and it performed very well across all assays. The high purity and specific biotinylation allowed for reliable streptavidin binding, ensuring reproducible results. I have had very good luck with all Acro products during my career in science. Highly recommended for precision-driven workflows!- j***n2022-07-06 LikesWe use both the biotinylated and PE labeled version of this ERBB2 protein to detect our HER2-CAR in NK cells by flow cytometry. The biotinylated version works consistently well at a 1/200 dilution, and you can see a nice saturation curve if you titrate it. I do recommend making single use aliquots. The PE labeled also works well but you need to use a lot more of it.
