Biotinylated Mouse Siglec-2, His Tag, primary amine labeling (SI2-M82H5) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Asn 21 - Glu 1395 (LTBP-1s) | Leu 30 - Ser 390 (TGF-beta 1) (Accession # P35329-1). It is the biotinylated form of Mouse Siglec-2, His Tag (Cat. No. SI2-M52Ha).

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 78.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-110 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling

The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with biotins using standard chemical labeling method. A standard biotin reagent (13.5 angstroms) is used in this product.
