This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 52.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to Glycosylation.

Immobilized Biotinylated Human Syndecan-1, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. SY1-H82F3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-N5116) (0.5 μg/well) plate. can bind Anti-Syndecan-1 antibody, Mouse IgG1 with a linear range of 0.2-6 ng/mL (QC tested).
Immobilized Anti-Syndecan-1 antibody, Mouse IgG1 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human Syndecan-1, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. SY1-H82F3) with a linear range of 0.5-8 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
2e5 of anti-Syndecan-1 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 0.3 μg/mL of Biotinylated Human Syndecan-1, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. SY1-H82F3) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE-SA and analyzed with FACS (Routinely tested).
