> IL-2とIL-2受容体タンパク質
インターロイキン2（IL-2：Interleukin-2）は免疫系において重要な役割を果たす多能性のサイトカインです。一方、IL-2受容体（IL-2R）はリンパ球などの特定の免疫細胞の表面に発現するヘテロ三量体タンパク質であり、IL-2に結合し、応答します。
IL-2の受容体は3つのサブユニットが報告されており、IL-2受容体α鎖(CD25)、β鎖 (CD122)、γ鎖(CD132)と名付けられています。この三つの受容体鎖は様々な種類の細胞においてそれぞれ発現され、異なる組み合わせと順序で組みられて、低親和性、中親和性、高親和性のIL-2受容体を生産されます。
たくさんのバイオファーマとバイオテクノロジー企業はIL-2の修飾と設計を取り組んでいます。例えば、PEGの修飾、Fcの融合タンパク質、IL-2変異体の設計、二重特異性抗体の設計、複合の免疫チェックポイントによる抗体薬物療法やその他のストラテジーなどが開発されています。
このように、構造が安定で親和性の高いIL-2受容体ヘテロダイマーとヘテロトリマーは、IL-2とIL-2受容体の相互作用のイン・ビトロ研究や抗体の免疫化とスクリーニングにとっては不可欠です。

The purity of Human IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag&Fc Tag (MALS verified)(Cat. No. ILG-H5254) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 145-165 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
The purity of Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc Tag&Fc Tag(Cat. No. ILG-H5257) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 175-190 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
