Bioactivity-ELISA
Immobilized Human CCR8 Protein (VLP) (Cat. No. CC8-H52P5) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Monoclonal Anti-Human CCR8 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (11C4C1) (Cat. No. CC8-MY2406) with a linear range of 0.08-3 ng/mL. Virus-Like Particle (VLP) Protein Isotype Control (Cat. No. VLP-N5213) is verified not recoginized by Monoclonal Anti-Human CCR8 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (11C4C1) (Cat. No. CC8-MY2406) in low concentration (QC tested).

Bioactivity-FACS
1e6 of HEK293/Human CCR8 Stable Cells Line were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of Monoclonal Anti-Human CCR8 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (11C4C1) (Cat. No. CC8-MY2406) and isotype control antibody respectively, washed and then followed by PE anti-mouse IgG2a antibody and analyzed with FACS (QC tested).
Protocol
1e6 of HEK293/Human CCR8 Stable Cells Line (Cat. No. CHEK-ATP140) were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of Monoclonal Anti-Human CCR8 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (11C4C1) (Cat. No. CC8-MY2406) and isotype control antibody (Cat. No. DNP-M487) respectively (Fig. C and B), and non-transfected 293 cells were used as a control (Fig. A). PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
