    CD14 PRODUCT SHOW

This product is compatible with mainstream automated cell processing instruments and commercially available column-based (M/D/L) magnetic separation systems.

  • Product Description

Cellectra™ Human CD14 NanoSort Microbeads are 50 nm dextran-coated superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles which the surface is conjugated with recombinant monoclonal antibodies specific to human CD14 (Isotype: mouse IgG1). They are especially designed for positive selection of CD14+ cells.
Cellectra™ Human CD14 NanoSort Microbeads are produced under sterile manufacturing conditions (ISO 5), and no animal- or human-derived components are used throughout the production process. It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that includes a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests.

  • Application

Cellectra™ Human CD14 NanoSort Microbeads are designed for the positive selection of monocytes and macrophages from fresh or frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). CD14, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane protein, is predominantly expressed on the surface of human monocytes and macrophages. The magnetic nBeads are conjugated with monoclonal antibodies targeting human CD14 protein, enabling CD14+ cells to be labeled with the specific antibodies and magnetic particles, and separated using the separation columns and magnets.

  • Storage

This product is stable after storage at: 2-8°C for 36 months in lyophilized state; 2-8°C for 18 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

The purity of CD14+ cells isolated by Cellectra™ Human CD14 NanoSort Microbeads, Research grade (Cat. No. MBS-S001).
The CD14+ cells were isolated from human PBMCs using Cellectra™ Human CD14 NanoSort Microbeads, Research grade (Cat. No. MBS-S001). The isolated cells and non-isolated cells were respectively stained using PE anti-human CD14 antibody, and then analyzed by FCS Express 7 software.

  • CD14 APPLICATION DATA

Cellectra human CD14 nBeads facilitate the efficient isolation of highly purified CD14+ monocytes from PBMCs.
Following positive selection with ACRO CD14 nBeads from a single‑cell suspension of human PBMCs, the isolated CD14⁺ cell population achieved a high purity, demonstrating the high specificity of the enrichment process.

  • CD14 APPLICATION DATA

Detection of differentiation markers during monocyte‑to‑DC differentiation.
Representative histograms showing surface expression of CD14, CD83, HLA‑DR, CD80, and CD86 on monocytes, immature monocyte‑derived DCs (imMo‑DCs), and mature Mo‑DCs (mMo‑DCs) cultured in either ACRO medium or Company X medium. Both media effectively induced differentiation of monocytes into DCs, as evidenced by marked upregulation of CD83, HLA‑DR, CD80, and CD86 and downregulation of CD14. Compared with imMo‑DCs, mMo‑DCs showed further increases in the expression of CD80, CD83, and CD86. Marker‑specific staining is shown in red (ACRO) or blue (Company X), and isotype controls are shown in gray. Histograms are from one representative experiment (A). Corresponding mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) values for each marker from three technical replicates. Data are presented as mean ± SD (B).
