Product Description
Cellectra™ Human CD19 NanoDeplet Microbeads, Research grade are dextran-coated superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles of which the surface is conjugated with recombinant monoclonal antibodies specific to human CD19 (Isotype: mouse IgG1). They are especially designed for the depletion of CD19+ cells.
Cellectra™ Human CD19 NanoDeplet Microbeads, Research grade are produced under sterile manufacturing conditions (ISO 5), and no animal- or human-derived components are used throughout the production process. It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that includes a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests.Application
Cellectra™ Human CD19 NanoDeplet Microbeads, Research grade are designed for the depletion of CD19⁺ B cells from fresh or frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). CD19, also known as B4, is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on most B-lineage cells and plays a key role in B cell activation and signaling. Depletion of B cells provides a purified population of non-B cells for downstream applications, including T cell functional assays, immune cell therapy preparation (e.g., CAR-T cells), and NK cell or monocyte functional studies. The magnetic Microbeads are conjugated with monoclonal antibodies targeting human CD19 protein, enabling CD19+ cells to be labeled with the specific antibodies and magnetic particles, and separated using the separation columns and magnets.
Storage
For long term storage, the product should be stored in liquid state at-20°C or below Stability upon receipt: Stable for 24 months at-20 °C or below; Stable for 6 months at 2–8 °C under sterile conditions. Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles

Superior CD19+ Cell Depletion Performance Compared with Company M
Separation performance was evaluated using samples containing 1×10⁷ human PBMCs, processed with CD19 microbeads from Acro, Company M at recommended dosages. Negative fractions were collected, and 1×10⁶ cells from the flow through fraction were immunostained with CD19 Antibody( anti-human, APC,REAfinity) and 7-AAD, followed by flow cytometric analysis. Data indicated that Acro microbeads achieved a final purity of 99.78% (baseline: 82.68%). These findings validate outstanding separation performance, confirming an optimal balance of purity and recovery relative to Company M benchmarks.
Comparison of CD19+ Cells depletion Performances with Company M
Isolation efficacy was validated using samples containing 1×10⁷ human PBMCs processed with the recommended dosage of Cellectra™ Human CD19 NanoDeplet Microbeads, Research grade, in parallel with Company M. Comparative analysis demonstrated that Acro NanoDeplet Microbeads achieved higher cell recovery rates than Company M, while purity and cell viability were comparable to Company M.
