Storage

For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each microplate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipment. The following example data is for reference only. The sample concentration was calculated based on the results of the standard curve. The minimum detectable concentration of CXCL9/MIG is less than 20 pg/mL.
Sample Values
Twenty-four healthy serum samples were evaluated for the concentrations of human CXCL9/MIG in assay. The detection human CXCL9/MIG rate of the samples was 100%, the range was 74.905 - 868.877 pg/mL, and the mean detectable value was 256.794 pg/mL.

Dilution Linearity
Three Serum samples with high concentrations of native CXCL9/MIG were serially diluted with dilution buffer to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay and then assayed. The average recovery of CXCL9/MIG for serum samples is 109.33%.

Intra-Assay Statistics
Eight replicates of each of 3 samples containing different CXCL9/MIG concentrations were tested in one assay. Acceptable criteria: CV<10%.

Inter-Assay Statistics
Three samples containing different concentrations of CXCL9/MIG were tested in independent assays. Acceptable criteria: CV<15%.
