This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 32.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-40 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to O-linked glycosylation which has been verified by O-Glycosidase and Neuraminidase digestion.
Endotoxin
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
Purity
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.

Mouse BCMA, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).

いいねI purchased this protein for antibody screening. I performed flow cytometry to test whether this protein can bind to molecules expressed on cell surface. The results showed that some antibodies could bind to this protein. The protein quality is pretty good.
