This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 38.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 43-50 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Human CD3 epsilon, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS
The purity of Human CD3 epsilon, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. CDN-H5253) is more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 75-90 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

No. CDN-H5253), at 2.5 ng/well, can bind to the Glofitamab with a linear detection range of 16-0.008 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
In this TR-FRET assay, Monoclonal Anti-His Tag Antibody Europium chelate (for TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-TD05) is used as the Donor and Monoclonal Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody FA-Labeled (for TR-FRET) (Cat.
