Rhesus macaque / Cynomolgus Complement Factor D, His Tag (CFD-R52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ile 26 - Ala 253 (Accession # H9EXC1-1). In the region Ile 26 - Ala 253, the amino acid sequences of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque Complement Factor D are identical.
