This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 80.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 95-100 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

This product was extremely useful for our T cell work. The vial it came in was easy to use (sometimes you'd be surprised how obtuse the packaging of a compound can be by certain companies) and has not lead to any issues with our research in many months. The only obstacle we have ever faced with adherent cells was as a result of our flat bottom plates being too old (and thus the coating wore off). So this product was more stable and consistent than the plates we put them on!
