Rhesus macaque IL-12B&IL-12A Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&His Tag, produced by co-expression of IL-12B and IL-12A, has a calculated MW of 36.7 kDa (IL-12B) and 24.4 kDa (IL-12A). Subunit IL-12B is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and subunit IL-12A contains a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterodimer.
