This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 17.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 18 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

いいねMy lab utilized this antibody as an analyte to prove/disprove binding capability to one of our proprietary antibodies. In addition to antibody screening, we also used it as a positive control to compare efficacy of in house IL2. We used it on Octet, which works with BLI technology to determine binding affinities. We appreciate the quick shipping and delivery of this product as our assays needed to be completed within a specific timeline.
