This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 25.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

いいねI bought this Human recombinant IL-2 R β / CD122 protein to test some anti-CD122 antibodies using ELISA assays where I coat the plate with the CD122 protein. I observed the expected affinity (Kd) results for my antibody (0.3 µg/mL), and I also observed the same results whether I used the CD122 protein freshly reconstituted or freeze-thawed once, showing that this is a really robust purified protein! Lastly, I compared coating my ELISA plates with varying concentrations of CD122 protein (0.25 - 8 µg/mL), finding that I could coat my plates with very little proteins and still observed consistent affinity measurements. This product is a really robust! I will definitely be buying products from Acro Biosystems in the future.

CD122 is also known as IL2R beta, is a member of the type I cytokine receptor family. CD122 is the receptor for interleukin-2 and is involved in receptor mediated endocytosis and transduces the mitogenic signals of IL2.
