Cynomolgus IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG (27-240, 22-213, 23-255) Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag (ILG-C52W4) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 27 - Thr 240 & Glu 22 - Arg 213 & Leu 23 - Pro 255 (Accession # Q38J85-1 & H6WS54 & A0A2K5VGJ6).

Molecular Characterization

Cynomolgus IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG (27-240, 22-213, 23-255) Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag is produced by co-expression of IL-2RB and IL-2RA and IL-2RG, has a calculated MW of 30.1 kDa & 55.9 kDa. Subunit IL-2RB is fused with a his tag at the C-terminus and subunit IL-2RA&IL-2RG is fused with a Twin-Strep Tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 38-43 kDa and 80-95 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The protein is designed as a heterotrimer.
