    Human MMP-10 Protein, Tag Free (MM0-H5213) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Tyr 18 - Cys 476 (Accession # P09238). It needs to be activated by agents such as APMA in vitro to have hydrolytic activity.

    Human MMP-10 Protein, Tag Free on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).

バックグランド

Can degrade fibronectin, gelatins of type I, III, IV, and V; weakly collagens III, IV, and V. Activates procollagenase, Similar to stromelysin 1, but action on collagen types III, IV and V is weak.
