This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 70.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

LikesI ordered the biotinylated human serum albumin as a control for one of our experimental pipelines. The product arrived in a timely manner, which saved us a lot of time as we did not have to produce and test the protein ourselves. As a result, we were able to set up our experimental pipeline fast and were able to move forward with our experiments. It is very useful that a biotinylated version of the protein is available as we use several streptavidin-based products for flow cytometry stainings. The HSA protein worked well together with all our streptavidin products and we were able to detect HSA specific cells by flow cytometry analysis this way.
