We purchased the SIRP-alpha-Fc protein for CD47 competition studies via BLI. The protein was delivered quickly and easy to resuspend following the instructions in the COA. We observed strong binding for this protein to CD47 and minimal background binding to the sensors. We were also able to demonstrate competition with commercially available antibodies. Overall, this product specifically binds CD47 and worked well in BLI based competition assays.
