This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 41.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-58 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Human TSLP (R127A, R130A) Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS
The purity of Human TSLP (R127A, R130A) Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. TSP-H5255) is more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 85-110 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

2e5 of Human TSLP R (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cells were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of Human TSLP (R127A, R130A) Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. TSP-H5255) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE anti-mouse IgG2a Antibody and analyzed with FACS(Routinely tested).
