Allophycocyanin (APC) is an intensely bright phycobiliprotein which has an excitation wavelength of 640 nm and an emission wavelength of 661nm. APC Antibody Labeling Kit provides a rapid and simple method to covalently link via the interchain disulfide bonds of the antibody.
Application
APC Antibody Labeling Kit uses a simple and quick process for APC conjugation of antibody. The conjugated antibody can be used straight away without further purification step and antibody loss.
It is for research use only.
Storage
1. Unopened kit should be stored at -20℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
Assay Principles
APC Antibody Labeling Kit provides a rapid and simple method for achieving covalently coupling of APC and antibody molecules. The interchain disulfide bonds of the antibody can be modified to generate active cysteine residues, which are then conjugated with the preactivated APC to obtain the APC-antibody conjugate.

2.5e5 RC222 cells (anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells, G4S linker is used in CARs) and jurkat cells (with expression of the CD3 antigen) were stained with 100μL of 1μg/mL APC labeled antibody, and analyzed with FACS.
The results show ALK-A002 can be used for different antibodies conjugation.
