Human APRIL & BAFF & BAFF Protein, His Tag (APB-H5243) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 105 - Leu 250 (APRIL) & Gln 68-Arg 133 (BAFF) (Accession # Q9Y275-1 (APRIL) & O75888-1 (BAFF) & O75888-1 (BAFF)).

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 50.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 53-65 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. The protein is a heterotrimer consisting of one APRIL and two BAFF.
