Intestinal Case Studies

Immune Response – Intestinal Organoids

Developed using our organoid differentiation kit, intestinal organoids derived from iPSCs were exposed to lipopolysaccharides to induce an immune reaction.

Study Results:
LPS induced the production of higher levels of IL-6 and CCL2, which can be dose-dependent. A significant inflammatory response was observed in the intestinal organoids.
