Flow Cytometry assay shows that Human CD27 Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD7-H5257) can bind to Raji cells Surface Human CD70. The concentration of CD27 used is 10 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
Immobilized Mouse CD27 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat. No. CDL-M5251) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Rat CD27, His Tag (Cat. No. CD7-R52H9) with a linear range of 2-39 ng/mL (QC tested).
INHIBITION OF CD27L [BIOTINYLATED]: CD27 BINDING BY ANTI-CD27L NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODY
Serial dilutions of Anti-CD27L Neutralizing antibody (Catalog # EP121-C04) (1:1 serial dilution, from 5 μg/mL to 0.005μg/mL) was added into CD27: Biotinlated CD27L binding reactions. The assay was performed according to the protocol described below. Background was subtracted from data points prior to log transformation and curve fitting (QC tested).
