This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 26.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The purity of Cynomolgus Tissue Factor, His Tag (Cat. No. TF3-C52H3) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 30-40 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Immobilized Cynomolgus Tissue Factor, His Tag (Cat. No. TF3-C52H3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-TF Antibody, Human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.2-3 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
Measured by its ability to activate Coagulation Factor VII in cleaving a fluorogenic peptide substrate Boc-VPR-AMC. The AC50 is <10 μg/mL, as measured under the described conditions (QC tested).
