Biotinylated Human IL-7 R alpha & IL-2 R gamma Protein has a calculated MW of 32.2 kDa (IL-7 R alpha) & 31.2 kDa (IL-2 R gamma). The protein migrates as 43-65 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
